The location was perfect. I'm a country girl who hates driving in the city. It was easy to find and it was easy to get to and from the Entertainment Centre. It would be brilliant for anyone needing to travel to the airport. I stayed for 4 nights for my daughter's sport and the staff were very accommodating. There is a laundry with one washer and dryer (great for washing smelly sports clothes) . My husband travelled to Brisbane on our last night there and stayed with us with no fuss. The busy road didn't cause any issues, and I'm used to no noise at all. I'd definitely stay there again.

For a busy traveller like me who travelled for work, I like the location as it was just close to the airport, hence, I do not have to rush to get on my next flight. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and though there are not many shops nearby, it was close enough for a taxi ride Chermside for a quick shopping. The room was just exceptional as it was ready before my check in time, and I got to check in right away. The staff were very helpful, the airport shuttle was a bonus as it was on time for drop off at the airport.

Close to airport plus free shuttle to catch our flight...The room was fantastic...large and sufficient extras like microwave,mini-bar,Foxtel channels for TV....loved the private outdoor area with table and chairs. 200 meters down the road was a terrific Indian curry place which was great value for takeaway plus Wild Bean coffee at the service station opposite the front gate for morning coffee..Road noise was minimal Bathroom and showers were great!!!

It was in a very convenient location for us as we were using the trains so it was an easy walk to the station. There was also a free shuttle to the airport. The guy on the desk was very helpful when we discovered we'd turned up a day early. The rooms were fully booked but he called a motel nearby and allowed us to sit on the couch while we searched for somewhere to stay.

Late night check in worked well collecting a key from safe box outside reception. Taxi cost $47 from international airport.
